One star because negatives aren't an option. One of the medications I have been taking since I was a child and that I HAVE to take in order for my body to function correctly is unfortunately a controlled substance. Despite having explained this from day one I have had to fight tooth and nail every single month to have my medications refilled. Only ONE is a controlled substance that I can give grace about the delay, the others are entirely routine medications (also that I have to take in order for my body to function normally). Yet every month I have to put in multiple requests for refills only for the refills to 1 - not be looked at by my provider at all for days ("we have a 72 grace period-" you should not be banking on the grace period. The grace period is not a built-in wait. ffs. If there is that much of a backlog that the 'grace period' has to be included for every refill request you have a bad, BAD staffing issue. Hire more people. You're overworking what staff you have.) 2 - be sent to the pharmacy INCORRECTLY 3 - be sent to the pharmacy with the WRONG NAME which lead to the pharmacy not looking up the right scripts when I'd call them to verify that a script was sent or if

This place is not what it says it is. Online it says I can come in from 8 to 2 and a few days that Iβve come in between those times no one is available. The front desk is absolutely no help and said donβt bother calling because I wonβt be able to get through to anyone.

Horrible place. They have amazing services in Southern Illinois, but everything sucks here in Bloomington. Even Genoa pharmacy is sub par here. Il be finding services elsewhere because Iβm not going to be treated like a dog.

It is no wonder that the mentally the challenge cannot get help in Illinois with places like this. It is such a sorry organization they do not even spend time with their patients enough to realize what problems they had and how to help them. I know this from one occasion of being here with my mother. And my second occasion of being here was with my brother he was accused minutes late and they would not even see him. Even though we drove an hour and a half to get him here. This place honestly should be closed for business it is a no use to the community.

Harassing my sister in attempt to get her to schedule follow up appointments. They are calling her incessantly, they somehow obtained my address and sent mail to my house, and now theyβre sending her messages on Instagram under a burner account called βGeorge Glassβ trying to get her to schedule. This is totally unprofessional and I have never heard of a doctorβs office reaching out to a patient this way in all my life.

If I could give no stars I would. This place is a joke. It took me three visits and a total of 7 hours to get set up for a 6 month class I had to take here. Their staff told me they couldn't get me in although they were there in person. Told me to come back at the end of day when the place closed. Very unorganized! It is run and funded by the state of Illinois and really doesn't represent what it was originally built for. This place does not serve the citizens. From the blood splattered on the parking lot to it trailing into the building. To the narcan vending machine that requires a token to get a narcan. To the billing where their billing office can't figure out how much a client has paid. The front staff pretended to be your buddy. Instead they handed off receipts mixing up clients and some people got the other person's receipt. I heard some really disturbing things at this place. They generalize people without facts. The material taught is not even their own material but borrowed from other places. The place had a lot of fake message posters all over. One of the instructors left while I was there. I was told by their assessor in a phone assessment that I denied signs of why I w

This isn't a review about a random act of kindness by TARA and Evelyn who are the front line representatives for Chestnut Health Care Services. With no judgement involved. That's what I experienced today and will be forever grateful for these 2 ladies who gave me HOPE that 2nd Chances aren't deserved their given freely like (GRACE AND MERCY!!;) Chestnut Health Services got originals in the house!!! Luv ya TARA AND EVELYN!!! and I probably will never see there faces BUT I felt their genuine concerned and eagerness to help and in the end that's all that matters!!!

The most dysfunctional clinic I've ever experienced. I see they make an effort to comment generically on every review, requesting more feedback, but clearly nothing is being done about the literally spelled out complaints. They're all continuing to be problems dear reader of these reviews. One example, a refill attempt of mine: I have been, and currently are, attempting to have one filled for 3 weeks now. Its been sent to 4 different pharmacies which I was assured had my script filled, including the one INSIDE the clinic. All have been wild goose chases because when I get there im told a different script was requested from the one sent in and they dont have it in stock. Why is it so hard to verify availability before directing a patient to said location? I could continue on about the lack of call backs, and nurses with attitudes but this is just a review. No, I don't reccomend their clinical product, experience has been consistently inept at facilitating to keep me healthy and the care is desperately lacking due to understaffing. Update: After a month of effort communicating back and forth, sometimes waiting days for a response from the clinic I gave up trying to seek help from th
